Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Foreman & Laborers (Construction)
About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring crew members and forepersons to install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard-surface flooring systems in industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The work involves following health and safety rules, using equipment and materials properly, meeting production targets, and submitting hours promptly. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, and be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. QuestMark / CentiMark describes its workplace as positive and offers challenging career opportunities. Pay is $21–$31 per hour depending on experience, with an hourly bonus program paid by job. Forepersons receive a company truck and phone.
Requirements
- Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy or urethane flooring.
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
