About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for epoxy flooring and concrete polishing crew and foreman opportunities. QuestMark is a self-performing flooring contractor serving industrial, commercial, and retail markets with polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coating systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. Pay is $21–$31 per hour, depending on experience, with an hourly bonus program paid out by job.
Requirements
- Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy or urethane flooring.
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
Responsibilities
- Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Use equipment and materials properly.
- Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
- Input hours in a timely manner.
