About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring foremen and laborers for its epoxy flooring and concrete polishing crews. The company installs polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems in industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and a competitive drive. This role requires travel and overnight stays, and may require work on nights, weekends, and holidays. The foreperson position includes a company truck and phone.

Requirements

• Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy or urethane flooring.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
• Comply strictly with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Use equipment and materials properly.

• Submit hours in a timely manner.
