About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring crew members and foremen to install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems in industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and a competitive drive. Compensation is $21–$31 per hour, depending on experience, with an hourly bonus program paid by job. Company truck and phone are provided to forepersons only.

The role requires travel and overnight stays, and the ability to work overnight shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Candidates must comply with health and safety rules and regulations, use equipment and materials properly, meet production targets, and submit hours promptly. Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen and obtaining a respirator medical evaluation and passing a fit test.

Requirements

• Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy or urethane flooring.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
