About The Position

Supports and enhances larger, more complex or multiple products and solutions. Collaborates with Finance and vendors to ensure products and solutions are properly supported, functioning optimally, and maintaining data integrity, while ensuring financial reports are aligned and produced accurately and on time. Participates in product implementations and enhancements using a hybrid product/project development and implementation lifecycle. Works under limited guidance on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Requirements

Epic Cupid certification.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3–5 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Supports financial systems within the portfolio according to the support model and provides customer service to customers and end users.
Analyzes and troubleshoots production problems, escalates issues, and executes solutions.
Leads larger, more complex projects and/or multiple projects and solutions as a project or product lead.
Collaborates with product and solution teams, IT and Business Product Managers, IT Business Solutions Leads, and other stakeholders.
Implements or enhances systems following the software and solution delivery lifecycle and hybrid project management methods.
Takes responsibility for successful project and solution outcomes; works with end users to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and communicates with customers and end users.
Creates technical designs and specifications, develops solutions, and communicates requirements to external developers.
Develops, coordinates, and executes detailed test plans.
Trains end users and documents processes for knowledge transfer.
Identifies and documents solution risks and issues and provides guidance and documentation concerning scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverable quality.
Follows policies to ensure business requirements are translated appropriately and communicates risks to stakeholders.
Keeps current with financial systems functionality and technical offerings, as well as healthcare finance accounting concepts.
Recommends and implements improvements to end-user processes related to financial systems.
Performs related duties as required.
