Requirements

High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or Associate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or Bachelor’s degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or Post Graduate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field, plus one (1) year of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two required.
Cadence certification required.
Proficiency in Epic Cadence and related applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to document and implement system changes while guiding operational users.
Experience in project management and cross-team collaboration.
Must have an aptitude for technical tasks and project management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

Interpret, analyze, and design system data to maintain and enhance application functionality while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proactively resolve system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions within IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Mentor junior analysts, maintain certifications, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor system integration, participate in cross-functional testing, and ensure application security aligns with organizational and regulatory standards.
Lead or support IT projects, including system upgrades, testing, and implementation, while adhering to project management methodologies.
May perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.
