Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or Associate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or Bachelor’s degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or Post Graduate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field, plus one (1) year of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two required.
  • Cadence certification required.
  • Proficiency in Epic Cadence and related applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to document and implement system changes while guiding operational users.
  • Experience in project management and cross-team collaboration.
  • Must have an aptitude for technical tasks and project management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret, analyze, and design system data to maintain and enhance application functionality while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively resolve system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions within IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Mentor junior analysts, maintain certifications, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor system integration, participate in cross-functional testing, and ensure application security aligns with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Lead or support IT projects, including system upgrades, testing, and implementation, while adhering to project management methodologies.
  • May perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.
