About The Position

The Epic Analyst configures the Epic system in response to operational business needs. The role collaborates with operational business areas to identify system-build requirements and validate that the system meets the needs of the appropriate business area. The analyst participates in testing for upgrades, new implementations, and enhancement releases, including integration testing with external vendor systems as needed.

Candidates must reside in Wisconsin. The position may be performed from a home office with reliable internet, from the Brookfield or Menasha office, or through a combination of these settings in a hybrid workplace model. Occasional travel to Menasha is required. The position is 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with Epic Healthcare or a health insurance background is required.
• Current certification in appropriate modules, as required, such as Tapestry UM, A&G, Compass Rose/Healthy Planet, or other relevant Epic certifications.
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin.
• Reliable internet is required when working from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring system configuration aligns with operational needs.
• Respond to business needs in a timely manner, as defined by the business owner.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• Perform system testing for upgrades, new implementations, and enhancement releases, including integration testing with external vendor systems as needed.
• Participate in project teams for system enhancements, upgrades, and integration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation of workflows and technical functionality.
• Thoroughly review Foundation Build and operationally requested application content and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
