Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2
About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Environmental Services Manager for Beaufort, SC. This position will oversee a team of 25 supporting inpatient and outpatient services at Beaufort Memorial, a progressive organization located on the water overlooking the beautiful bay of Beaufort. The role supports the main hospital, 13 office buildings, and one new hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, sanitary, and innovative services. A driver's license verification is required as driving between locations is necessary, with mileage compensation provided. This is a Second Shift position, starting at 2:30 pm, with some on-call weekends as business dictates.
Requirements
- Experience leading, training, and managing a team
- Customer service and/or guest satisfaction skills in a health care or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to drive programs and initiatives
- Monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
- Results and safety driven
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years minimum management experience
- 2 years minimum functional experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
- Valid driver's license
