About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Environmental Services Manager for Beaufort, SC. This position will oversee a team of 25 supporting inpatient and outpatient services for a progressive organization, providing leadership for the EVS team in the delivery of safe, sanitary, and innovative services to patients, customers, and hospital employees in a variety of settings. The role supports Second Shift (2:30pm start time) with some on-call weekends. A driver's license verification is required as driving to support business locations is necessary, with mileage compensation provided.

Requirements

Experience leading, training, and managing a team
Customer service and/or guest satisfaction skills in a health care or hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently to drive programs and initiatives
Ability to monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
Results and safety driven
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years minimum management experience
2 years minimum functional experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
Valid driver's license
