About The Position

The Entry Ride Operator guides and entertains members while ensuring vehicles are processed safely and efficiently into the car wash tunnel. The role involves interacting with customers, preparing vehicles before they enter the tunnel, maintaining exterior site cleanliness, and creating a memorable customer experience. The position is suited to a highly motivated, outgoing, and friendly person who enjoys outdoor work in all weather and is willing to roll up their sleeves. Extensive hands-on and online training is provided. Applicants are required to complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment when prompted for their application to proceed.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be at least 16 years old.
Be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Have basic computer skills.
Be self-motivated, outgoing, and friendly.
Be able and willing to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
Be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
Be able to stand for at least 8 hours at a time.
Be mobile enough to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Responsibilities

Speak or sing into a microphone or headset to engage customers and members.
Point to directional signs and watch customers to ensure they follow directions.
Help prepare vehicles before they enter the car wash tunnel.
Ensure vehicles are processed safely and efficiently into the tunnel.
Maintain a safe and clean work area and stay alert to potential hazards.
Maintain exterior site cleanliness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
