About The Position

The Entry Ride Operator guides and entertains customers while ensuring vehicles are safely and efficiently processed into the car wash tunnel. The role involves interacting with customers, preparing vehicles before they enter the tunnel, maintaining exterior site cleanliness, and creating a memorable customer experience. The position requires working outdoors in varied weather and an outgoing, friendly, self-motivated approach. Extensive hands-on and online training is provided.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Able to lift at least 20 pounds.
• Able to remain on their feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Able to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Able and willing to work outdoors in extreme hot and cold weather.

• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Speak or sing into a microphone or headset.
• Entertain customers and members.
• Point to directional signs while observing customers to ensure they follow directions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and remain alert to potential hazards.
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the car wash tunnel.
