About The Position

The Entry Ride Operator serves as the conductor and entertainer for car wash members, helping vehicles enter the wash tunnel safely and efficiently. The role includes interacting with customers, preparing vehicles before they enter the tunnel, maintaining exterior site cleanliness, and creating a memorable customer experience. Candidates should be motivated, outgoing, and friendly, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Extensive hands-on and online training is provided.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and friendly.
• Able to lift at least 20 pounds.
• Able to stand for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Able to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Able and willing to work outdoors in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.

• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Speak or sing into a microphone or headset to entertain customers and members.
• Point to directional signs while observing customers to ensure they follow directions.
• Help vehicles enter the car wash tunnel safely and efficiently.
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the car wash tunnel.
• Interact with customers and members to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and stay alert to potential hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
