About The Position

The Entry Ride Operator prepares vehicles before they enter the car wash tunnel and helps ensure they are processed safely and efficiently. The role interacts with customers and members, entertains them, and contributes to a memorable experience while maintaining exterior site cleanliness. The position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and completing hands-on and online training. Applicants must complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment for their application to proceed.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 16 years of age.
Be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Have basic computer skills.
Be self-motivated.
Have an outgoing and friendly personality and be highly motivated.
Be able and willing to work in extreme outdoor weather, including hot and cold conditions.
Complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment as part of the application process.
Be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
Be able to stand for at least 8 hours at a time.
Be mobile enough to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Mechanical aptitude or knowledge.

Speak or sing into a microphone or headset.
Entertain customers and members.
Point to directional signs while watching customers to ensure they follow directions.
Maintain a safe and clean work area and stay alert for potential hazards.
Prepare vehicles before they enter the car wash tunnel and help ensure they are processed safely and efficiently.
Maintain exterior site cleanliness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
