About The Position

The Entry Ride Operator conducts and entertains members while ensuring vehicles are processed safely and efficiently into the car wash tunnel. The role involves interacting with customers, preparing vehicles before they enter the tunnel, maintaining exterior site cleanliness, and creating a memorable customer experience. Candidates should be motivated and outgoing, enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to complete the work. Extensive hands-on and online training is provided.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to lift at least 20 pounds.
• Able to remain on their feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Able to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable of and willing to work outdoors in extreme hot and cold weather.

• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Speak or sing into a microphone or headset.
• Entertain customers and members.
• Point to directional signs while watching customers to ensure they follow directions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and remain alert to potential hazards.
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the car wash tunnel and help ensure they are processed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain exterior site cleanliness and create a memorable experience through customer interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
