About The Position

NuCO2, the largest national provider of beverage-grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry, is hiring an Entry Level Technician to conduct safety inspections on bulk CO2 delivery systems and perform basic technician activities on an established route. The role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and serves a local territory.

NuCO2 provides paid on-the-job training, uniforms, and a company vehicle. The role is described as a launchpad for advancement, with opportunities to progress into roles such as Relief Technician and Installation Technician. NuCO2 promotes from within and supports employees who want to advance.

Requirements

• Have a valid US driver's license for at least 24 months.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Have a clean driving record, with no accidents or moving violations in the last 24 months.

Nice To Haves

• Background or experience as a cable or telecom field technician.
• Background or experience in appliance repair, HVAC assistance, or beverage equipment service.
• Background or experience in general handyman work or facilities maintenance.
• Military technical training or trade school education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Bulk Gas Safety Inspections (BGSI’s) on bulk CO2 delivery systems.
• Use a handheld device to access customer information, record inspection results, and communicate with assigned location management (depot).
• Perform basic installations and service activities as needed.
