About The Position

This part-time entry-level sales role is an opportunity to develop foundational sales skills and grow toward a higher-earning outside sales career. The position involves representing the brand at events, engaging potential customers, generating leads, and supporting event operations. The company provides training and mentorship, with a stated path into outside sales and possible full-time opportunities for qualified candidates. Pay starts at approximately $17.50 per hour, plus uncapped commissions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus but not required.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed.
