About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its entry-level sales team. No prior experience is needed, and paid, hands-on training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role offers a stated earning potential of $70,000–$140,000+ through base salary and uncapped commission, along with performance-based advancement opportunities and incentives. Team members work face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods, discussing exterior home needs such as roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explaining the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes.

Responsibilities
