About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior sales experience is needed, and paid training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves meeting homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs such as roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explaining the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. Compensation is listed as $70,000–$140,000 per year, with a base salary and uncapped commission.
