About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior sales experience is needed, and paid training is provided to help employees develop sales, communication, and leadership skills while earning base pay plus uncapped commission. The role involves engaging homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior home needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explaining the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior home needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors.
- Educate homeowners about free, no-obligation inspections and quotes intended to improve their home's value and protection.
- Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on training.
- Participate in team challenges and compete for bonuses and incentives.

- Base salary plus uncapped commission; stated earning potential is $70,000–$140,000+ per year.
