About The Position

Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior sales experience is needed, and paid, hands-on training is provided to build sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with stated earning potential of $70,000–$140,000+.

Sales representatives engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods, discuss exterior home needs such as roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explain the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes.
