About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior sales experience is needed, and paid training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. Sales representatives engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explain the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. Compensation is listed as $70,000–$140,000 per year, with base salary and uncapped commission.
