About The Position
Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to offer supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The representative meets face to face with business owners and decision-makers, conducts needs-based consultations, enrolls clients in coverage, and follows up to support client satisfaction. The role includes hands-on training and mentorship and is based in a local territory with in-person work. It is full-time and classified as an independent contractor. Compensation is commission-based, with a starting base draw and bonuses; agents average $65,000–$85,000 per year.
