About The Position

Altitude is hiring an entry-level outside sales professional to work in an assigned territory. The associate may work individually with business owners, benefits managers, and employees, as well as give presentations to employee groups of 50–100 or more. The position combines prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, client relationship management, and sales activity tracking. The associate will manage their own book of business, set working hours and submit them weekly to a sales manager, and collaborate with the sales team and manager on sales goals and quotas. Altitude provides virtual classroom and hands-on territory training, with ongoing sales and leadership development. Compensation includes weekly draw pay and eligibility for bonuses and commissions upon starting; incentives may also include trips, cash bonuses, and stock share bonuses. Advancement is based on personal performance, and schedule flexibility increases after establishing a book of business.
