Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist
About The Position
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a part-time Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to connect with customers in the Norwalk area, promote bath products, and schedule in-home design consultations. Training is provided. The role involves working at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations, partnering with retail accounts, and traveling within the greater Norwalk area. The position requires working nights and weekends and being active and on your feet while engaging customers. Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus uncapped bonus potential; the posting says the average specialist earns around $35 per hour when performance bonuses are included. Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance plans are available if transitioned to full-time.
Requirements
- Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting.
- Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Must be able to travel within the greater Norwalk area.
- Must be active and able to remain on their feet while engaging with customers.
- Results-driven and motivated to earn money.
Responsibilities
- Connect with new customers, generate interest in products, and schedule in-home design consultations.
- Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
- Partner with retail accounts, including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Ace Hardware.
- Learn and follow a script.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
