Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist
About The Position
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a part-time Lead Generation Specialist to represent its bath products and connect with prospective customers in the greater Monterey Park area. The role involves engaging customers in retail and event settings, generating interest, and scheduling in-home design consultations. Training is provided, and the position offers an opportunity to develop toward leadership. Travel within the greater Monterey Park area is required. Only part-time schedules are available, including nights and weekends. Compensation is $25.00 per hour, plus uncapped performance bonuses. The posting states that the average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35 per hour when performance bonuses are included. Full medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance plans are available if the employee transitions to full-time.
Requirements
- Must be results-driven and motivated to earn money.
- Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting.
- Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Must be able to travel within the greater Monterey Park area.
- Must be active and able to remain on their feet while engaging with customers.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers, generate interest in Jacuzzi Bath Remodel products, and schedule in-home design consultations.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
- Work with retail accounts including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Ace Hardware.
- Learn and follow a script.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
