About The Position

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a part-time Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to represent its bath products and connect with customers in the Greater Portland/Vancouver, Washington area. The company provides training and support. The position involves engaging potential customers at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations; generating interest in the products; and scheduling in-home design consultations. The role requires travel within the area, working nights and weekends, following a script, approaching customers in retail settings, and actively engaging with people while on your feet. Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus uncapped bonus potential; the posting states that the average specialist earns around $35 per hour when performance bonuses are included. Requirements

• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting.
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.
• Must be active and able to stay on their feet while engaging with customers.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Travel within the Greater Portland/Vancouver area is required.
• Results-driven and motivated to earn money.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and connect with new customers.
• Generate interest in Jacuzzi Bath Remodel products and schedule in-home design consultations.
• Engage customers at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations.
• Partner with retail accounts, including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Ace Hardware.
• Learn and follow a script.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
