About The Position

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a part-time Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to engage potential customers and schedule in-home design consultations for its bath products. The role involves representing the brand at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations, including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Ace Hardware, in the greater San Fernando/Northridge area. Training is provided. Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus uncapped bonus potential; the posting states that the average specialist earns around $35 per hour when performance bonuses are included. The position requires nights and weekends, travel within the service area, and active engagement with customers while on your feet. Requirements

• Results-driven and motivated to earn money.

• Outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting.
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and connect with prospective customers to generate interest in products.
• Schedule in-home design consultations.
• Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
• Partner with retail accounts, including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Ace Hardware.
• Learn and follow a script.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
