Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist
About The Position
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a part-time Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to connect with customers in the greater Bakersfield area and introduce them to bath products. The role involves engaging prospective customers at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations, and scheduling in-home design consultations. Training is provided. Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus uncapped performance bonuses; the posting states that the average specialist earns around $35 per hour when performance bonuses are included. Only part-time schedules are available, and the position requires availability for nights and weekends and travel within the greater Bakersfield area. Requirements
- Results-driven and motivated to earn money.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to travel within the greater Bakersfield area.
- Outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting.
- Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.
- Able to remain on their feet and actively engage with customers.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers, generate interest in products, and schedule in-home design consultations.
- Engage customers at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations.
- Partner with retail accounts including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Ace Hardware.
- Learn and follow a script.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
