Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist
About The Position
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is looking for an Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to join their team. This role involves connecting with customers in the greater Portland area, showcasing bath products, and scheduling in-home design consultations. The company provides training and aims to set employees up for success. This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing team. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel (JBRx) is the fastest-growing business unit, with 13 locations launched nationwide in under 5 years. JBRx combines premium materials, a knowledgeable sales team, experienced installers, and over 60 years of excellence to ensure high customer satisfaction. Periodic travel to the Salem/Willamette Valley region may be required.
Requirements
- Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers at events and in a retail setting.
- Must be prepared to memorize a script and provide presentations to generate leads.

Responsibilities
- Connect with new customers, spark interest in products, and schedule in-home design consultations.
- Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
- Partner with retail accounts such as Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Warehouse.
- Memorize a script and provide presentations to generate leads.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Benefits
- $22.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.
- Top performers earn $40.00 + an hour.
- Average Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist earns around $30/hr. when factoring in performance bonuses.
