Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist
About The Position
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a part-time Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to connect with customers in the Norwalk area and promote its bath products. The company provides training and support. The role involves engaging customers at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations, including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Ace Hardware, and scheduling in-home design consultations. Travel within the greater Norwalk area is required. Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus uncapped bonus potential. The posting states that the average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35 per hour when performance bonuses are included. Part-time schedules are the only schedules available, and the role requires night and weekend availability.
Requirements
- Results-driven and motivated to earn money.
- Available for part-time work, including nights and weekends.
- Able to travel within the greater Norwalk area.
- Able to learn and follow a script.
- Outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting.
- Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.
- Able to remain on their feet and actively engage with customers.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers, generate interest in Jacuzzi Bath Remodel products, and schedule in-home design consultations.
- Engage customers at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations.
- Partner with retail accounts, including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Ace Hardware.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
