About The Position

Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face customer service and sales with hands-on junk removal work. Team members provide pricing and close sales on the spot, then work with a team to complete the job. The position is active and primarily outdoors, with performance-based pay and opportunities for advancement, including potential promotions within 2–3 months and growth into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfort working outdoors in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Full-time availability, working five days per week: four weekdays plus Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on every job.
• Provide pricing to customers and close sales on the spot.
• Safely lift, carry, and load items into trucks.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
