About The Position

We are hiring entry-level Sales & Customer Service Representatives in Norwalk and surrounding areas. No previous sales experience is required; paid training, coaching, and support are provided. The role offers an hourly wage of $17–$19, performance-based incentives, hands-on customer experience, and opportunities for growth based on performance. Representatives work in assigned local areas and build a customer base. The position is suited to motivated people interested in developing a career in sales, customer service, or business.

Requirements

• Valid California driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to drive to assigned areas in Anaheim and surrounding communities.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people; energetic, positive, motivated, dependable, and professional.
• Quick learner who takes coaching well.
• Goal-oriented and interested in earning more through performance.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, delivery, warehouse, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in developing a career in sales, customer service, or business.
