About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Entry Level Marketing Representatives for its local office. This is an on-site, face-to-face field role focused on direct community marketing in residential neighborhoods. Representatives speak with homeowners, explain the company’s free roof inspection service, and schedule appointments for the in-home sales team. The work is outdoors and involves being on your feet. Team transportation is provided from the office, and there is no overnight travel.

The company describes this as an entry-level opportunity for competitive, coachable people interested in performance-based growth in sales and leadership. Paid training is provided. Compensation is hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses; the posting states typical first-year earnings of $650–$1,350 per week and an average first-year income range of $40,000–$70,000+.
