About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Entry Level Marketing Representatives for its local office. This is an on-site, face-to-face field role in residential neighborhoods. Representatives speak with homeowners, explain the company’s free roof inspection service, and schedule appointments for in-home estimates with the sales team. The position includes paid training, a proven outreach system, and opportunities to grow based on performance. It is a W-2 position with guaranteed 40 hours per week, hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, and weekly pay on Fridays. Average first-year earnings are stated as $40,000–$70,000+.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to and from the office.
• Be able to work 40 hours between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
