About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time, entry-level Marketing Representatives for its local office. This is an on-site, face-to-face field role in which representatives work in residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, explain the company’s free roof inspection service, and schedule appointments for the in-home sales team. The position includes paid training, guaranteed 40-hour workweeks, weekly Friday pay, and hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses. Average first-year earnings are stated as $40,000–$70,000+ (also described as typically $650–$1,350 per week, depending on individual performance). Team transportation is provided from the office, and there is no overnight travel.
