About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring an entry-level, customer-service-focused Marketing Representative to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This is a full-time, W-2, door-to-door field role in residential neighborhoods. The representative explains the inspection service and schedules appointments for the in-home sales team. The role is suited to people who enjoy talking with others and working outdoors, including those with customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative backgrounds. Paid training is provided, and advancement is based on performance. Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses; the posting gives average first-year earnings of $40,000–$70,000+ and advertises weekly earnings of $770–$1,350. The position is on-site, with Monday–Saturday availability between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. No overnight travel is required, and team transportation is provided from the office.
