About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Entry Level Marketing Representatives for its local office. This is a face-to-face field role working in residential neighborhoods. Representatives speak with homeowners, explain the company's free roof inspection service, and schedule appointments for the in-home sales team. The role is outdoors and requires being on your feet. Paid training is provided. It is an on-site, W-2 position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and weekly pay on Fridays. The schedule requires availability Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.; there is no overnight travel, and team transportation is provided from the office.

Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Typical first-year earnings are stated as $40,000–$70,000+, with another estimate of $650–$1,350 per week depending on individual performance.
