About The Position

Wiliot is seeking entry-level field engineers for its Dallas and Bentonville teams to help deploy and support its IoT solutions in customer environments. This hands-on, customer-facing role is intended for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is curious, technically inclined, and eager to learn. The employee will work alongside experienced technical teams, gain practical technical experience, and help bring Wiliot technology to life for major customers. The role involves travel to customer sites, including 30–40% out-of-state travel.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong interest in technology, hardware, and learning new technical skills.
• Basic understanding of computers, networking, electronics, or technical systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in different environments, including warehouses, distribution centers, and customer facilities.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally; the posting specifies 30–40% out-of-state travel.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed for installations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, setup, and deployment of Wiliot technology at customer locations.
• Work hands-on with hardware, devices, and technical equipment.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of basic technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and customer-facing teams to support successful deployments.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues.
• Document installation activities, testing results, and technical findings.
• Learn new technologies, tools, and processes through hands-on experience.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support installations and deployments.
