About The Position
The Entry Level/Express Auto Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealership and factory standards. The role focuses on accurate, timely work that supports vehicle safety and reliability and builds customer trust and loyalty. Technicians work with customers, service advisors, other technicians, parts associates, cashiers, sales associates, and managers at Toyota Spokane in a busy, temperature-controlled shop. The position offers a starting wage of $21 per hour, based on experience, training, and certifications, with eligibility for longevity and additional bonuses tied to productivity, proficiency, and overrides. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record that can be maintained.

Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Keep up with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to encourage customer loyalty.
- Complete repairs on time and maintain quality work.
