Entry-level Auto Technician

About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Auto Technician to perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and initial vehicle inspections at a vehicle reconditioning center. The technician looks for imperfections or repairs that may be needed during the reconditioning process. Carvana provides training programs intended to help entry-level employees advance their skills and pay. The role requires at least six months of professional automotive repair experience and may involve mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
