About The Position

The Entertainment Coordinator assists with developing, planning, implementing, and executing activities for residents. The role also supports the monthly activity calendar, obtains performers, provides seminars, and maintains the resident library. The coordinator drives residents to events and helps them enter and exit the community vehicle.

The position is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, at Spectrum Retirement Communities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Eagerness to learn, an open mind, and a desire to create a wonderful lifestyle for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, planning, implementation, and execution of resident activities.

• Maintain the resident library.
• Drive residents to events.
• Assist residents as they enter and exit the community vehicle.
