About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to define and drive end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The role requires a strong combination of business understanding, solution architecture, cloud, application architecture, data, integration, security, and technical leadership. The architect will work with business stakeholders, technology leaders, engineering teams, vendors, and delivery teams to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of: Distributed systems, Microservices, API architecture, Event-driven architecture, Cloud architecture, Integration architecture, Application architecture, Data architecture, Security architecture.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Experience with REST APIs, API gateways, messaging, event streaming, and integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, API Management, Service Mesh, and cloud-native services.
  • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and automation.
  • Understanding of enterprise security concepts including IAM, encryption, secrets management, network security, zero trust, and data protection.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, principles, and frameworks.
  • Experience with architecture tools such as ArchiMate, TOGAF, UML, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI/ML architecture.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to incorporate AI into enterprise solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of RAG, vector databases, AI APIs, and AI governance is preferred.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in software/technology architecture, with significant experience in enterprise solution design.
  • Experience leading architecture for large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Experience working with multiple technology domains and distributed engineering teams.
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Architect are desirable.
  • TOGAF certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
  • Develop solution architecture, technical architecture, integration architecture, and deployment architecture.
  • Align solutions with enterprise architecture principles, technology standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Evaluate existing systems and define modernization, transformation, and migration strategies.
  • Design cloud and hybrid architectures across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Design microservices, APIs, event-driven, distributed, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Define integration strategies across applications, data platforms, SaaS products, legacy systems, and external services.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects, AI Architects, Security Architects, Infrastructure Architects, and Application Architects.
  • Assess technology options and conduct vendor/product evaluations and POCs.
  • Define non-functional requirements including: Scalability, Availability, Performance, Reliability, Security, Disaster recovery, Observability, Maintainability.
  • Review technical designs and provide architecture governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Identify architectural risks, technical debt, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps and technology adoption strategies.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and delivery teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, estimates, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations where required.
