About The Position

Healthcare is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history. Health systems are under increasing pressure to improve patient outcomes, optimize clinical operations, address workforce shortages, and deliver more connected, patient-centered care. At Ceiba Healthcare, we're helping hospitals and health systems navigate this transformation through innovative enterprise technology that connects clinicians, streamlines workflows, and enables better decision-making across the continuum of care. If you're passionate about improving healthcare, enjoy building meaningful customer relationships, and want to be part of a fast-growing organization where your impact will be recognized, we'd love to meet you. As an Enterprise Growth Executive – Clinical Transformation, you will partner with hospitals, health systems, and provider organizations to help redesign how care is delivered through integrated virtual care and telehealth technologies and clinical workflow transformation. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for professionals who enjoy creating opportunities, building long-term relationships, and engaging executive healthcare leaders in strategic conversations that improve patient care and operational performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful healthcare technology sales experience with demonstrated career progression and increasing commercial responsibility.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions into hospitals, health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), or large provider organizations is preferred.
  • A proven ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting, executive networking, cold outreach, targeted email campaigns, and disciplined relationship development.
  • Experience managing consultative sales engagements involving clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
  • A consistent history of achieving or exceeding commercial objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded accredited university with a strong record of academic achievement.
  • We value individuals who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, and a commitment to professional excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling virtual care, telehealth, or telemedicine solutions — including tele-specialty programs such as Tele-ICU, Tele-Neurology, or Tele-Cardiology — is a strong plus, but not a requirement; this role is equally suited to candidates with a broader clinical technology or health-system solution-sales background.
  • Candidates with direct hospital or health system experience — clinical, operational, or IT leadership who have seen care-delivery, access-to-care, or care-quality challenges firsthand and want to bring solutions to those problems from the vendor/technology side of the table — are strongly encouraged to apply, even without a prior sales title.
  • Working knowledge of telehealth reimbursement policy (CMS and commercial payer rules), state licensure, and interstate compact requirements is a plus.
  • A clinical degree is strongly preferred, including but not limited to: Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Pharmacist (PharmD), Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or other licensed healthcare professionals with direct clinical experience.
  • Candidates who have successfully combined clinical experience with enterprise healthcare technology sales are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans.
  • Research and identify target hospitals, health systems, and provider organizations.
  • Generate new business opportunities through executive outreach, networking, cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, conferences, referrals, and disciplined follow-up.
  • Build trusted executive relationships long before organizations enter an active buying cycle.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM discipline.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery through contract execution.
  • Conduct executive presentations and business value discussions.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases aligned with customer priorities, including clinical workforce and staffing impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical, Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Become a trusted advisor to executive healthcare leaders.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000–$125,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000–$220,000, including uncapped commission with accelerators above 100% quota attainment
  • Opportunity to help shape a rapidly growing healthcare technology company.
  • Direct access to executive leadership.
  • Meaningful work that improves healthcare delivery — a natural next step for clinicians who want to scale their impact beyond the bedside.
  • Significant opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-performing culture.
