Enterprise Business Development Representative

Ande•New York, NY
•$80,000 - $80,000•Onsite

About The Position

You'll start the conversations that become Ande's enterprise deals. You'll research companies that spend on corporate entertainment, open conversations with the people who book and approve that spend, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is an in-office role on a small, early sales team. You'll work day to day with the Enterprise GTM Lead and the AEs you support, and help shape the outbound playbook as we grow.

Requirements

  • Prospect into enterprise accounts that fit Ande's ideal customer profile.
  • Run outbound across email, phone and LinkedIn to the people who book and approve entertainment spend.
  • Use AI native tools to research every account before you reach out, so each message is specific to the person and their business.
  • Book qualified meetings: an account that fits our profile, a conversation with a decision maker or key influencer, and an opportunity the AE moves to the qualified stage.
  • Hand each meeting to the AE with clear context, and keep your activity and pipeline accurate in Salesforce.
  • Work conferences and events with the team, and follow up on the contacts made there.
  • Share what you hear from prospects, including which messages land and which don't, so we can sharpen targeting and messaging.
  • Hit a quarterly qualified-meeting target.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience prospecting into procurement, events or field marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with events, or travel and expense software.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools in your prospecting workflow.
