About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Enterprise Architect to drive strategic architectural vision and alignment across key stakeholders, and define and govern architecture standards, principles, best practices, and patterns for divisional adoption. This role involves identifying opportunities for modernization, convergence, and optimization of the current portfolio, and providing technology options to bridge gaps in the target state. The architect will collaborate with engineering leadership, platform architects, and product strategy leaders to develop domain roadmaps, stay current with trends and innovations in Finance and IT, and recommend appropriate developments. Additionally, they will define and promote a risk control culture while delivering architectural and technological vision, and monitor external regulations and internal policies impacting Architecture Practices. This role requires managing engagement with internal partners (Cloud, DevOps, Architecture teams, Data, etc.), resolving issues or blockers, and coordinating directly with other teams or through Scrum-of-Scrum ceremonies. The Enterprise Architect will act as a project 'auditor' to ensure conformance to architecture guardrails and policies and provide architectural leadership in resolving inter-program issues and fostering convergence opportunities.
