About The Position

Sonos is hiring a Vice President of Enterprise Acceleration to lead its global enterprise technology organization. This engineering-led executive role sits within the Customer organization and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The leader will reshape how enterprise technology is designed, built, and operated by reimagining business workflows, moving manual processes to intelligent automation, and delivering measurable improvements in customer experience, capacity, speed, and growth. The role owns systems for commerce, customer service, supply chain, finance, and revenue, as well as the underlying data and infrastructure, while maintaining a strong public-company security posture. The Vice President will lead an organization of roughly 150 people across AI, applications, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture. In partnership with the COO and senior leadership, the leader will set and execute an engineering-led technology strategy, advance platform engineering and product-oriented practices, and lead AI transformation from workflow identification and redesign through production deployment and impact measurement. The role also oversees enterprise applications, data platforms, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and operations, investment planning, and vendor relationships. This position can be based in Boston, Massachusetts, or Santa Barbara, California. Sonos is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role; applicants must be authorized to work in the country of role posting now and in the future. The base salary range is $262,000–$326,900, depending on geographic location, qualifications, and experience. Compensation details for U.S. postings reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Regular full-time U.S. employees are eligible for benefits on day one.
