About The Position

HP is identifying motivated and qualified candidates for potential future opportunities; there may not be an immediate opening. The Enterprise Account Executive owns a select group of business accounts and is responsible for building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that support business objectives. The role leads account strategy and execution with internal teams and the full pod team, emphasizing outcome-based sales and strong service and support. The account executive leads relationships with C-level and other business and IT executives across HP’s portfolio, builds consultative long-term partnerships, and serves as an IT and employee-experience transformation partner. The role also hosts customer welcome meetings to support smooth handoffs to delivery teams and successful adoption of services and solutions. This position drives sales of hardware, services, and solutions; expands revenue across existing accounts and wins new business in accounts without an HP presence. It coordinates specialists, services, technical resources, channel partners, executives, and other team members around account strategy and customer outcomes. The role manages account profitability, pipeline, client retention, customer experience, and regular planning and review meetings. Weekly representation of top opportunities and pipeline is maintained through MS Dynamics. The role typically requires 3–5 years of work experience, preferably in account management, telesales, product specialty, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. The position is full-time, includes 25% travel, and offers relocation. The listed on-target earnings range is $147,300–$217,300 USD annually, with a 60% salary/40% incentive mix; additional bonus and/or equity opportunities may apply to U.S. candidates.
