About The Position

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own strategic named accounts and drive new business growth across some of North America’s largest capital construction and infrastructure organizations. You will partner closely with SDRs, marketing, solution consultants, and customer success teams to identify opportunities, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and deliver measurable business outcomes for customers. This role is ideal for a consultative enterprise seller who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments and enjoys building executive-level relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling into construction, EPC, industrial, energy, utilities, infrastructure, or capital project organizations strongly preferred
  • Background in project controls, construction technology, EPM, ERP, scheduling, asset management, or adjacent enterprise platforms is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment and enterprise deal closure

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across named enterprise accounts
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles ranging from $250K to $1M+
  • Engage executive stakeholders including CIOs, CFOs, PMO leaders, Operations leaders, and Project Controls teams
  • Partner with solution engineering teams to demonstrate business value and technical integration capabilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption, measurable ROI, and long-term account growth
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management discipline
