WFH Enrollment Specialist
About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring remote Enrollment Specialists for a people-focused, service-driven opportunity that may suit recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, as well as candidates interested in client service. The role supports clients through the enrollment process, presents supplemental benefit options, and involves virtual consultations via Zoom. Inbound leads, training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided. No prior insurance experience is required. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States, provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace, and complete required training and virtual meetings. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Have strong communication and people skills and a service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
- Be confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
- Provide a Windows laptop or PC, webcam, dependable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense.

- Customer service or consultative experience is a plus but is not required.
